At Aapla Jalgaonwala Enterprises, we are committed to delivering fresh, hygienic, and authentic Jalgaon-style snacks straight from our kitchen to your home. We genuinely care about your experience with our products, and we want you to feel confident when ordering from us — whether you shop online or purchase directly from our store.

Because we deal with fresh edible food products, we have to follow a careful and transparent return and refund process to maintain quality and safety for all customers.


1. Who is Eligible for a Return?

We only accept returns if:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and still sealed in its original packaging.
  • The return request is made within 3 days of delivery or purchase.
  • The product has been stored properly and has not been tampered with.

This is to ensure food safety, since once opened, the freshness and hygiene cannot be verified.


2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

Because snacks are perishable, we cannot accept returns if:

  • The product has been opened, tasted, or partially consumed.
  • The packaging is damaged after delivery.
  • The product has been stored improperly (e.g., exposure to moisture, heat, etc.).
  • The item was purchased during special offers / combos / festival sales.

We hope you understand — food product safety is serious business. 


3. Received the Wrong Item or Damaged Packet?

We got you. If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Spoiled
  • Soggy
  • Incorrect product / quantity
  • Compromised packaging

Just contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product & packaging

Once verified, we will process a full refund.
No stress. No long forms. No arguments.


4. Refund Method

Refunds depend on how the purchase was made:

Online Orders (Website/WhatsApp) Refunded back to original payment method
Offline Store Purchases Refunded via Cash or UPI (based on original payment mode)

Refunds are typically processed within 2–5 business days after product inspection/verification.


5. Return Process (Online Orders)

  1. Message or call us with your Order ID and issue details.
  2. Our support team will verify with photos or video if needed.
  3. If return is approved, you may:
    • Return the product to our store, or
    • Request a pick-up (available in selected locations).
  4. After verification, refund gets processed.

6. Return Process (Offline Purchases)

  • Bring the unopened product and bill/invoice to our shop within 3 days.
  • Our team will verify and process your refund on the spot (if eligible).
